Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, was established in 1999 and Company CIN No. is U01122PN1999PTC014275.  The Registered Office located at Shop No.8, CFC Building, MIDC Area, Chincholi, Solapur – 413 255, Maharashtra and factory located at Plot No.P-17, MIDC Area, Chincholi, Solapur – 413 255 Maharashtra.

Greenfield CET plant was promoted a group of industrialist to treat their primary treated effluent in to secondary treatment and final disposal in HRTs system.

This CET plant is constructed under tripartite agreement with MIDC, Greenfield CET plant Pvt. Ltd. and NBK Enviro Consortium Engineer Pvt. Ltd., Pune.
